Hi not too bad a week earlier on.
Georgie chesty and coughing a lot.
Hassles getting meds now that hospital decided they are no longer supplying them. No proper handover given between hospital and pharmacy and things in a bit of disarray.

Friday 13th Aug
Hello all, sorry I haven't written in a while.
Work has been so flat out with staff absent and I am now helping look after 4 districts.
We are all well but looking forward to the end of winter.
It has been a long winter for Georgie but so far she has not needed to go to hospital.
Her main day to day issue (almost every day) is chest trouble brought on by so much pneumonia last year and lack of mobility has increased her susceptibility so frequent coughing affects her.
The nurses do what they can with physio etc and showering and so on but are also looking forward to warmer days when they can take her out in the wheel chair for walks.
If this doesn't sound too silly please pray Georgie will sleep at night and be peacefully awake during the day! For the last couple of months it has been the other way around- very exhausting!
Em is currently doing her Trial HSC.

Friday 30th July
Some better days recently with a bit of a bad cycle again since yesterday.
Shaky with temp overnight. So we have dosed her up on everything we can really.
We (including the nurses) are all hanging out for the end of winter and some warmer weather so we can get Georgie outside into some fresh air and for some walks a bit more often.
Our main nurse says "if we can get her through winter with no hospital admissions we will have done well." This will be good as she hasn't been in there since last December. Ange been so tired over the winter too as she has taken on the bulk of the care at night.
Please thank God for all of the help we get from these nurses. It would be impossible without them.
The nurses are planning to come out for a few hours each second sunday so the rest of us can go to church together again which will be a bit of a return to normality.
Our lovely Dr Sandra came out for a monthly check up on Tuesday and was happy enough overall.
Sometimes the gravity of it all hits again and we labour in prayer for Georgie.
Em and James are well.
Em starts the HSC in 7 months. She hopes to take a gap year next year and would still like to go back to Uganda for several months so she is trying to save up for that.
We had our first weekend away recently and went to Jenolan caves. Anges folks came up too which was great.
Well thankyou for your continued interest and prayer.
