Georgie "chesty"' again overnight with some fevers. I took her for a walk this morning when she had settled but her temp had come up again later. Raining up here today.
Hi Greg, Sorry I missed a few blogs, but WAS praying, so know our Lord knew what was needed. Rain - yep, rained until today down here and more expected. As a Mum, I have often wondered just how many times a mother's heart can 'break'- as Ange probably knows, many times. We are healed, until the next time ... please give Ange my special love! For Em and James, how hard as they continue to come to terms with what is the 'normal' for them, their school days and life - what special young people they are. And you, Greg, under God's direction to care for your family; you are one special 'man of God' - obedient, dependant, faithful, questioning yet trusting! Praying for you all and, of course, our Georgie - how she must enjoy her walks! Her chest, her temps, her breathing, her very existence are all in the care of our most wonderfully merciful and caring, powerful and peacegiving God. I still believe she is travelling her journey with Jesus as her constant companion - what a story to tell one day. I realise this reference is out of context, Greg, but I believe it applies to all our requests to our God, as we submit to his authority "... You do not have, because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with the wrong motives....". Motive: is glory to God, healing: to bring all glory to Him, where it is anyway, since the cessation of medical intervention many months ago. Enough from me ... luv2u annec
